The RLJ Licensing Road Map
- Schedule your FREE 40 minute Discovery Call
- Agree and Sign Service Contract and pay invoice
- Complete the onboarding packet and the requested supporting documents
- Assist in scheduling fingerprint appointments for states requiring background check
- RLJ sets up all online State Board accounts, complete and submit online applications
- Paper applications and/or application addendums will be mailed to provider to complete, sign and send back to RLJ
- RLJ follows up with verifications to ensure timely submission back to the boards
- RLJ regularly follows up with State Board for updates until said license is issued

Notary Fee - Unlimited of 1 yr

RLJ Licensing Services has inhouse notary and our Notary Stamp has been accepted at all 50 State Boards and DC. We take care of all the notary needs for our clients.
Mailing/Shipping Fee
$150.00
In addition to your application fees and third party fees, there will be times that mail needs to be sent to the boards and this fee is to cover those costs. The reason for this amount is due to the increase in USPS fee.
Price points posted above are RLJ Licensing Services' fee only. Our service fee is in addition to any fees charged by the States or third parties. RLJ Licensing Services fee is charged up front when a services contract has been agreed upon. 10% Discount for Multiple State (20+)
